‘The Lucky One‘ which stars Zac Efron and Taylor Schilling in another attempt at turning Zac Efron into a leading man. The story is by Nicholas Sparks and it’s about a soldier who picks up a picture while at war and then decides to find the girl in the picture. Of course, love soon follows. Will this movie be as successful for Zac Efron as ‘The Notebook’ was for Ryan Gosling? Or will it as successful as ‘Dear John’ was for Channing Tatum? Hint, hint – ‘Dear John’ wasn’t that successful, but it did lead Channing Tatum to ‘Magic Mike.’ So maybe this is a sign that Zac Efron should do a stripper movie. Who knows?
